Job Summary
Compliance Analyst II, a full-time position, is responsible for supporting compliance governance and oversight by reviewing consumer complaints, challenging operations responses, and assisting with compliance projects to ensure adherence to federal and state regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and challenge internal responses to consumer complaints and guide operations on regulatory requirements
- Analyze customer complaints to identify trends and opportunities for product and process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address compliance concerns and support metrics reporting
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in Compliance, Enterprise or Operational Risk, or Audit within financial services or regulatory agencies
- Inquisitive and proactive in proposing creative solutions
- Strong project management and analytical skills
- Curiosity about fintech and consumer financial protections
