Compliance Analyst II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Analyst II.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Compliance Program through audit and monitoring, corrective action plan management, data analytics, and other projects
• Collaborate with internal business owners to ensure implementation of business and contractual requirements
• Investigate risks and issues, conduct root cause analysis, and develop effective remediation and corrective action plans

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of three years of compliance and/or regulatory experience, including one year in Government Program products
• Strong familiarity with government-funded healthcare programs and compliance standards for First Tier, Downstream and Related (FDR) entities
• Proven knowledge of internal and external audit functions and procedures
• Certification in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) or Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) preferred
• Current, unrestricted clinical licensure
