Compliance Analyst III

Job Summary

Responsible for reviewing and analyzing loan level data for compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, the full-time Compliance Analyst III will manage compliance-related issues, develop issue management plans, and provide guidance to business operations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve operational issues affecting compliance with policies and regulations
• Review compliance-related issues on a loan-by-loan basis and provide process-based guidance
• Develop issue management plans and manage remediation efforts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum three years of experience in mortgage lending or banking
• Experience with mortgage operations
• Mathematical acumen for data analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
