Compliance Analyst - Model Control

Job Summary

Partnering with Product Owners and Technology teams, the full-time Compliance Analyst - Model Control will oversee model validation requirements and ensure effective risk mitigation for sanctions processes within a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and oversee reporting to ensure compliance with model requirements and thresholds
• Independently test controls owned by Global Sanctions and coordinate resolution activities for related events
• Support business unit Control Management teams to ensure first-line controls effectively mitigate sanctions risk

Required qualifications

• Significant understanding of US and International Sanctions regulations and requirements
• 2+ years of experience in Financial Crimes (Sanctions) preferred
• Experience in Risk, Control, Self-Assessment (RCSA) or Risk Assessment preferred
• Bachelor's degree or relevant professional qualification preferred
• Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
