Job Summary
Partnering with Product Owners and Technology teams, the full-time Compliance Analyst - Model Control will oversee model validation requirements and ensure effective risk mitigation for sanctions processes within a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and oversee reporting to ensure compliance with model requirements and thresholds
- Independently test controls owned by Global Sanctions and coordinate resolution activities for related events
- Support business unit Control Management teams to ensure first-line controls effectively mitigate sanctions risk
Required qualifications
- Significant understanding of US and International Sanctions regulations and requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Financial Crimes (Sanctions) preferred
- Experience in Risk, Control, Self-Assessment (RCSA) or Risk Assessment preferred
- Bachelor's degree or relevant professional qualification preferred
- Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
