Compliance Analyst QPA

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Analyst 3, Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality reviews for non-discrimination testing and government filings for retirement plans
• Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor, participating in training and process improvement initiatives
• Research and analyze retirement plan data to ensure legal compliance and assist with auditor inquiries

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 6 or more years of experience in defined contribution plan administration
• Pursue ASPPA classes related to the Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA) designation or higher
• Advanced knowledge of ERISA and its impact on employee benefit plans
• Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons
