Job Summary
Supporting multiple governance functions within the Global Sanctions program, the full-time Compliance Analyst - Sanctions Governance will manage sanctions reporting, screening implementations, and automation initiatives while collaborating with business, compliance, and technology stakeholders to ensure effective governance frameworks are in place.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and distribute sanctions program reporting and metrics to support governance and risk oversight
- Serve as a subject matter expert for sanctions screening implementation and collaborate with technology teams on solutions
- Support automation development for sanctions-related processes and monitor performance to ensure effectiveness
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, Risk Management, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in sanctions compliance, financial crime compliance, risk management, or compliance technology
- Familiarity with sanctions screening tools and experience in compliance reporting and governance frameworks
- Strong data analysis skills, including proficiency in Excel and reporting/dashboard tools like Tableau
- Demonstrated ability to develop governance reporting and executive presentations
