Job Summary

Supporting multiple governance functions across the Global Sanctions program, the full-time salaried Compliance Analyst - Sanctions Governance will manage sanctions reporting, screening implementations, and automation initiatives while collaborating with business, compliance, and technology stakeholders to ensure effective sanctions processes and governance frameworks.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and distribute sanctions program reporting and metrics to support governance and risk oversight
  • Serve as a sanctions subject matter expert for screening implementation initiatives and collaborate with technology teams
  • Support automation development for sanctions-related processes and monitor performance for effectiveness
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, Risk Management, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in sanctions compliance, financial crime compliance, or regulatory governance
  • Experience with sanctions screening tools and compliance reporting
  • Strong data analysis skills, including proficiency in advanced Excel and reporting tools like Tableau
  • Understanding of sanctions program governance and enterprise compliance standards
