Compliance Analyst - SOX

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Analyst - SOX & Controls Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Support auditor walkthroughs and testing of SOX-relevant processes
• Update and maintain comprehensive documentation, including RCM, placemats, narratives, and the risk and control library
• Coordinate and track the progress of walkthroughs, including issues, outstanding matters, and completion

Required Qualifications

• Proven SOX compliance experience
• Strong proficiency in documentation and use of Auditboard
• Experience in finance or related fields, emphasizing internal audit and compliance
• Ability to manage and support remediation projects and documentation
• Experience with risk management processes
