Job Summary
Supporting the development and oversight of compliant business systems, the full-time salaried Compliance Analyst - Washington Licensed will manage policies, procedures, and process narratives to ensure alignment with FAR and DFARS requirements while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, document, and maintain policies and procedures for government contracting compliance
- Evaluate internal processes for compliance with FAR, DFARS, and other regulatory standards
- Support DCAA/DCMA audits and lead process improvement initiatives across various departments
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional experience
- 6+ years of experience in government contracting compliance or internal controls
- Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and business system requirements
- Experience supporting DCAA/DCMA audits or Contractor Purchasing System Reviews (CPSR)
- Demonstrated experience in developing and documenting policies and procedures
