• Conduct audits and assessments, identifying compliance gaps and developing corrective action plans

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field; Master's preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in healthcare compliance, quality, or auditing
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards
• Certification in healthcare compliance or related field is preferred
• Experience with value-based care and population health management
