Job Summary
Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the compliance and AI governance program, the full-time remote Compliance and AI Governance Analyst will translate regulatory and cybersecurity requirements into actionable processes, coordinate audit readiness, and ensure compliance alignment in a government-facing environment.
Key responsibilities
- Interpret regulatory, cybersecurity, and AI governance requirements into internal tasks and control activities
- Coordinate audit readiness efforts, including evidence collection and validation
- Maintain and update compliance documentation, policies, and procedures
Required qualifications
- 3-7+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or cybersecurity governance
- Working knowledge of at least one compliance framework (e.g., SOC 2, NIST, ISO 27001)
- Experience supporting audits, including evidence collection and auditor interaction
- Familiarity with AI governance and data protection practices
- Strong documentation skills with the ability to produce clear policies and procedures
