Compliance and AI Governance Analyst

Job Summary

Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the compliance and AI governance program, the full-time remote Compliance and AI Governance Analyst will translate regulatory and cybersecurity requirements into actionable processes, coordinate audit readiness, and ensure ongoing compliance alignment.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret regulatory, cybersecurity, and AI governance requirements into internal tasks and control activities
• Coordinate audit readiness efforts, including evidence collection and validation
• Maintain and update policies, procedures, and compliance records while tracking compliance status and remediation efforts

Required qualifications

• 3-7+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or cybersecurity governance
• Working knowledge of at least one compliance framework (e.g., SOC 2, NIST, CJIS, ISO 27001)
• Experience supporting audits, including evidence collection and auditor interaction
• Familiarity with cybersecurity governance principles and data protection practices
• Strong documentation skills and ability to produce clear governance documentation
