Compliance and AI Governance Analyst

Job Summary

Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the company's compliance and AI governance program, the full-time Compliance and AI Governance Analyst will translate regulatory requirements into actionable internal processes, coordinate audit readiness, and maintain documentation while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret regulatory, cybersecurity, and AI governance requirements into internal tasks and control activities
• Coordinate audit readiness efforts, including evidence collection and remediation tracking
• Partner with cross-functional teams to validate the implementation of security, privacy, and AI-related controls

Required qualifications

• 3-7+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or cybersecurity governance
• Working knowledge of at least one compliance framework (e.g., SOC 2, NIST, ISO 27001)
• Experience supporting audits, including evidence collection and auditor interaction
• Strong documentation skills for producing clear policies and governance documentation
• Ability to interpret technical and regulatory requirements into operational tasks
