Compliance and AI Governance Analyst

Job Summary

To ensure compliance and effective AI governance, the full-time remote Compliance and AI Governance Analyst will manage the company's compliance program, interpret regulatory requirements, coordinate audit readiness, and maintain documentation while collaborating with various technical and security teams.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret regulatory, cybersecurity, and AI governance requirements into actionable internal processes and control activities
• Coordinate audit readiness efforts, including evidence collection and organization, while serving as the primary contact for auditors
• Maintain and update compliance documentation, policies, and risk assessments, ensuring timely closure of identified compliance gaps

Required qualifications

• 3-7+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or cybersecurity governance
• Working knowledge of at least one compliance framework (e.g., SOC 2, NIST, ISO 27001)
• Familiarity with cybersecurity governance principles and data protection practices
• Experience supporting audits, including evidence collection and auditor interaction
• Strong documentation skills with the ability to produce clear governance documentation
