Compliance and AI Governance Analyst
Job Summary
Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the compliance and AI governance program, the full-time remote Compliance and AI Governance Analyst will translate regulatory and cybersecurity requirements into actionable processes, coordinate audit readiness, and maintain compliance documentation while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Interpret regulatory, cybersecurity, and AI governance requirements into internal tasks and control activities
- Coordinate audit readiness efforts, including evidence collection and organization
- Maintain and update compliance records, policies, and procedures while tracking compliance status and remediation efforts
Required qualifications
- 3-7+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or cybersecurity governance
- Working knowledge of frameworks such as SOC 2, NIST, or ISO 27001
- Experience supporting audits, including evidence collection and auditor interaction
- Strong documentation skills with the ability to produce clear governance documentation
- Familiarity with AI governance and data privacy considerations preferred
