Compliance and AI Governance Analyst

Job Summary

Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the company's compliance and AI governance program, the full-time Compliance and AI Governance Analyst will translate regulatory and cybersecurity requirements into actionable processes, coordinate audit readiness, and ensure ongoing compliance alignment in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret regulatory, contractual, cybersecurity, and AI governance requirements into internal tasks and control activities
• Coordinate audit readiness efforts, including evidence collection, organization, and remediation tracking
• Maintain and update policies, procedures, compliance records, and support governance of AI-related processes

Required qualifications

• 3-7+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, cybersecurity governance, or audit coordination
• Working knowledge of at least one compliance framework (e.g., SOC 2, NIST, ISO 27001)
• Familiarity with cybersecurity governance principles and data protection practices
• Experience supporting audits, including evidence collection and auditor interaction
• Strong documentation skills with the ability to produce clear policies and governance documentation
