Job Summary
A company is looking for a Compliance, Spam and Fraud Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee messaging compliance audits and establish best practices
- Act as the support person for messaging compliance, including legal regulations and industry best practices
- Manage relationships with internal and external partners to drive messaging compliance
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in compliance, regulatory, or internal audit, or 2+ years in telecommunications messaging compliance
- Experience in a hypergrowth technology environment
- Familiarity with TCPA compliance or similarly regulated industries
- Strong process-orientation and ability to drive consistent experiences
- Experience with Jira and Zendesk is a plus
