Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance, Spam and Fraud Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee messaging compliance audits and establish best practices
  • Act as the support person for messaging compliance, including legal regulations and industry best practices
  • Manage relationships with internal and external partners to drive messaging compliance


Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in compliance, regulatory, or internal audit, or 2+ years in telecommunications messaging compliance
  • Experience in a hypergrowth technology environment
  • Familiarity with TCPA compliance or similarly regulated industries
  • Strong process-orientation and ability to drive consistent experiences
  • Experience with Jira and Zendesk is a plus
