• 4+ years of experience as an attorney in compliance and government affairs
• Ability to break down complex laws and regulations into understandable language
• Self-motivated and organized, capable of working independently
• Effective in fast-paced environments with multiple workstreams
• Ability to solicit and implement feedback for continuous improvement
