Compliance and Onboarding Product Manager
Job Summary
Owning the compliance and onboarding processes for payment products, the full-time remote Compliance and Onboarding Product Manager will manage KYB and KYC flows, ensure regulatory compliance across jurisdictions, and drive automation in compliance workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the KYB & KYC onboarding product, ensuring regulatory compliance and effective conversion
- Harmonize KYB requirements with partners and orchestrate KYB processes across clients and providers
- Drive automation across compliance workflows, replacing manual processes with AI and data-sharing mechanisms
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5-8+ years of product management experience in compliance, onboarding, or risk products within payments or fintech
- Experience coordinating KYB or compliance requirements across regulated partners
- Deep understanding of KYB and KYC flows, including their impact on conversion and risk
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as MiCA and US MTLs, and experience with compliance products
