Job Summary

A company is looking for an AVP, Compliance and Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing compliance activities for commercial real estate loans and REO portfolios
  • Coordinate external examinations and participate in the Risk and Control Self-Assessment process
  • Engage with business lines to draft and review policies and procedures while tracking issue management
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance/accounting, business, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 6+ years of relevant industry experience, including 1+ years in a Senior Associate role
  • 5 years' experience in audit, compliance, commercial real estate, and loan servicing
  • High comfort level with industry-related software and strong Excel skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment
