Compliance and Privacy Officer

Job Summary

As a strategic leader in the Compliance & Ethics Program, the full-time salaried Compliance and Privacy Officer will oversee the operational functions of the compliance program, drive innovation through data analytics, and ensure adherence to HIPAA privacy regulations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Leads the operational oversight and continuous advancement of the Compliance & Ethics and Privacy Program
• Establishes trusted relationships and serves as a strategic advisor on compliance, privacy, and governance matters
• Develops compliance reporting and dashboards to support risk-based prioritization and operational decision-making

Required qualifications:

• Master's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field preferred
• 7 years of healthcare provider compliance experience
• Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) or Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP), or eligible to obtain within 6 months of hire
• Certified in Healthcare Privacy Compliance (CHPC) or eligible to obtain within 6 months of hire
• Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance, privacy, and regulatory requirements
