Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance and Privacy Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to execute the Annual Compliance Work Plan and Annual Privacy Plan
• Track and monitor reported privacy incidents and complaints
• Organize and maintain compliance and privacy policies, contracts, and documentation

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in privacy and compliance within a healthcare setting; bachelor's degree preferred
• General knowledge of governmental and healthcare reporting requirements
• Experience with Medicaid and information privacy laws preferred
• Experience working in a highly confidential environment with sensitive information
• Strong research skills with the ability to analyze regulatory requirements
