Compliance and Privacy Specialist

Job Summary

Reporting to the Compliance and Privacy Manager, the full-time remote Compliance and Privacy Specialist will manage the execution of the Annual Compliance Work Plan and Annual Privacy Plan, assist in tracking privacy incidents, and maintain compliance documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective execution of compliance and privacy plans
• Track and monitor reported privacy incidents and complaints
• Organize and maintain compliance policies, contracts, and training materials

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in privacy and compliance within a healthcare setting; bachelor's degree preferred
• General knowledge of HIPAA, FWA, and Medicaid privacy laws
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
• Experience working with Microsoft Products, including Excel and PDFs
• CHC or IAP certification preferred but not required
