Compliance and QA Associate
Job Summary
Supporting compliance and quality assurance initiatives, the full-time Compliance and QA Associate will manage grievance processing, assist in policy development, and conduct provider audits while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Processes inbound grievances and facilitates resolution according to policy steps
- Supports the development of organizational policies related to quality, compliance, privacy, and security
- Initiates audits related to customer service and grievances for network providers
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred
- 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
- Computer proficiency required
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
