Compliance and Quality Services Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance and Quality Services Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee a large team of compliance staff and compliance efforts for a designated business unit
• Lead the implementation and execution of testing compliance controls
• Develop policies and procedures to comply with federal regulations and applicable state laws

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and ten years of directly related experience and six years of management experience, or High School Diploma or GED and fourteen years of directly related experience and six years of management experience
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory environment as it relates to compliance in a specific line of business
• Master's degree preferred
• Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) preferred
