Compliance and Revenue Integrity Manager

Job Summary

Managing compliance and revenue integrity efforts, the full-time remote Compliance and Revenue Integrity Manager will oversee compliance monitoring, manage escalations from billing teams, and prepare reports for leadership while ensuring adherence to state and federal regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide ongoing advice and resources for monitoring compliance with state and federal requirements
• Manage escalations from billing and coding teams, including patient complaints and regulatory changes
• Conduct internal audits and maintain compliance reports for leadership and the Board of Directors

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or related field
• Minimum 5+ years of healthcare compliance experience or equivalent
• Knowledge of compliance policies, practices, and systems
• Experience with CMS Quality Program measures is highly desired
• Certified Procedural Coder (CPC) or Certification in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) preferred
