Compliance and Risk Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance, Risk & Governance Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead audits for SOC2, PCI, and HIPAA, ensuring compliance with certification requirements and managing improvements post-audit
• Manage the provisioning, security, and lifecycle of company laptops to ensure all devices are compliant and securely maintained
• Conduct risk assessments and develop risk programs to proactively address data security and compliance risks

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or IT governance, preferably in a SaaS or privacy-focused environment
• Deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, CCPA, and experience supporting audits
• Hands-on experience managing IT systems and endpoint security tools
• Strong understanding of operational risk and compliance in a tech or financial context
• Ability to design and implement scalable internal controls and policies
