Compliance and Risk Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance and Risk Specialist focused on Third Party Regulatory Oversight, Issue Management, and Risk and Controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a risk-based framework for third-party oversight activities
• Redesign and implement compliance oversight enhancements across the enterprise
• Participate in compliance risk assessments and provide support on regulatory compliance requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related fields
• 5-7 years of experience in regulatory consumer compliance functions in the banking industry
• Experience implementing a third-party oversight program at a large federal bank
• In-depth knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to deposit and lending products
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Sheets, specifically Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides
