Compliance and Vendor Management Manager

Job Summary

To enhance organizational effectiveness, the full-time Compliance and Vendor Management Manager will develop and maintain the contract governance and vendor management oversight framework, conduct risk-based audits, and partner with stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develops and implements policies and procedures for contract governance and vendor management oversight
• Conducts audits and monitoring activities to evaluate compliance and mitigate risks across product lines
• Provides guidance to vendor and relationship managers on contractual and regulatory obligations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health care administration, compliance, business administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in audit, compliance, third-party contracting, or vendor oversight
• Healthcare management experience, preferably in vendor managed care or health insurance
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and health plan administration
• Project management experience in planning and executing projects
