Compliance Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Assistant who will monitor the work of Compliance Agents to ensure customer compliance with applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit agents' work to identify errors, trends, and provide coaching feedback
• Answer agents' questions regarding potential compliance risks of customers
• Review customer use cases and notify them of compliance status, as well as contact website owners regarding unauthorized brand references

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
• Experience with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, advertising, marketing, or related compliance preferred
• Paralegal experience is a plus
• Familiarity with online subscription-based or SaaS business models is a plus
• Proficient level of English required
