Compliance Associate

Job Summary

To support the Money product team, the full-time Compliance Associate will ensure timely publication of compliance requests, provide documentation to financial institutions, and implement compliance updates while building internal controls and conducting program monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Become the compliance domain expert for the Money section, staying updated on industry changes and regulations
• Conduct rigorous monitoring and analysis to keep content compliant and up to date
• Collaborate with IT and product management to enhance site monitoring capabilities and support various business needs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, data science, behavioral economics, computer science, or a relevant field
• Minimum one year of relevant experience
• Familiarity with developing and implementing site monitoring tools
• Experience with reporting/tracking tools, including Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics
• Knowledge of core consumer protection regulations, such as Regulation Z and UDAAP
