Compliance Associate Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of contractors, the full-time Associate Manager, Compliance will oversee compliance content operations across Transaction Monitoring, Screening, and Enhanced Due Diligence, while driving efficiency through AI integration in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end content lifecycle for compliance procedures and guidance documents
• Lead a team of 2-3 contractors, ensuring quality and timely delivery of work
• Drive program management for the Transaction Monitoring function, including tracking progress and resolving blockers

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in compliance operations, financial crimes, or related regulatory environments
• Demonstrated program management experience with multiple cross-functional initiatives
• Hands-on experience with AML/BSA, transaction monitoring, or sanctions screening frameworks
• Proven ability to build and manage AI agents and automated workflows
• Experience managing content lifecycles in a regulated environment
