Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Assurance Officer I to ensure a strong compliance culture and monitor adherence to laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform monitoring and testing activities to validate control effectiveness
• Document findings and prepare reports summarizing compliance issues and root causes
• Analyze complaint data to identify trends and compliance risks

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience in Bank Regulatory Compliance, Audit, or Risk Management
• 1+ years of experience conducting compliance testing or monitoring
• Experience with consumer protection regulations and internal controls
• CRCM certification or specialized compliance training is a plus
