Compliance Assurance Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Assurance Officer III to support the Compliance Assurance Director in maintaining an effective compliance management system.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute monitoring and testing compliance programs across the Core Bank and Fintech Partners
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive assessment of compliance risks throughout the Bank's operations
• Research and analyze federal and state regulations to ensure compliance in products, services, and systems

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 10+ years of relevant work experience in Compliance within the financial services industry
• At least 5 years of experience in monitoring/testing compliance
• Experience across fintech and traditional financial institutions is ideal
• Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) designation preferred
• Extensive knowledge of financial services compliance laws and regulations
