Compliance Attorney

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Compliance & Ethics Business and Regulatory Investigations Attorney for a remote, 3-month contract engagement, who will lead internal investigations focused on compliance with the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and other anticorruption/antibribery statutes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct internal investigations from planning through report drafting, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
• Perform investigation interviews and review documents, sharing outcomes with corporate stakeholders
• Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrating strong self-starter qualities

Required qualifications

• At least five years of experience in internal investigations focused on policy compliance and government investigations
• Experience drafting investigation plans and reports
• Prior experience at an Amlaw 200 law firm or Fortune 50 publicly-traded company preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with stakeholders
• Outstanding references demonstrating professional integrity and empathy
