Job Summary

A company is looking for an Audit Manager, Compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage compliance department functions, including monitoring and auditing activities to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
  • Lead a team in conducting audit and monitoring work, providing guidance and oversight for quality and timeliness
  • Identify trends and root causes from audit results, communicating insights to senior leadership and implementing corrective action plans
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Compliance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in auditing, monitoring, compliance, or risk management within a regulated environment
  • Prior experience leading audit and monitoring activities from planning through reporting
  • People leadership experience, including coaching and performance management
  • Experience in healthcare, managed care, Marketplace, Medicaid, or Medicare environments
