Compliance Audit Manager

Job Summary

Leading audit engagements for compliance, the full-time salaried Compliance Audit Manager will manage end-to-end audit projects, evaluate control design and effectiveness, and provide actionable insights to strengthen compliance governance and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Auditor in Charge (AIC), managing audit engagements, planning projects, and coordinating with stakeholders for effective execution
• Analyze audit results, synthesize findings, and lead client meetings and walkthroughs to evaluate control effectiveness
• Guide team members in validating corrective actions and conducting post-audit feedback discussions to support their development

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of audit experience, preferably with a Big Four or G-SIB
• Understanding of Compliance Management Systems (CMS) and regulatory compliance frameworks
• Knowledge of consumer compliance requirements and applicable financial services regulations
• Strong leadership skills to drive team performance in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with data analysis and the ability to apply critical thinking to complex problems
