Job Summary

Managing the audit coordination process, the full-time remote Compliance Audit Supervisor will lead a team in conducting and overseeing internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulations and contractual obligations.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee and lead the audit coordination team, assigning tasks and monitoring performance
• Conduct and schedule internal and external audits while ensuring accurate data collection and documentation
• Analyze audit results and communicate insights and recommendations to management

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• A minimum of 2 years of experience supporting or managing audits on a student loan servicing contract
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience
• U.S. Citizenship required
• Ability to obtain and maintain a 5C Suitability clearance
