Compliance Auditor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Auditor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct internal compliance audits of subsidiaries and external partner relationships, developing work plans and recommending corrective actions
• Develop initiatives with cross-departmental teams to improve efficiency and identify gaps based on audit findings and data analytics
• Present audit findings and risk assessments to the Compliance Risk and Audit Committee and Privacy and Security Committee

Required Qualifications:

• BA, audit certification, or 2 years of experience in a compliance and/or auditing environment required
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple deadlines
• Prior experience in an office or supporting role for a call center or collection agency is desired
• Knowledge of FDCPA, TCPA, FCRA, and HIPAA is a plus
