A company is looking for a Compliance Auditor.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete certification processing and ensure timely file reviews
• Prepare client documents for audit reports and reconcile discrepancies
• Conduct remote file audits and stay updated on affordable housing program changes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience with Section 8, Section 42, HOME, Rural Development, or Tax Credit programs
• Understanding of local, state, and federal housing regulations
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Outlook
• Strong team orientation and ability to manage changing priorities
