Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Auditor to join their team focused on the affordable housing industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete certification processing and review files within a strict 24-hour period
• Prepare client documents for audit reports and reconcile discrepancies
• Conduct remote file audits for clients while staying updated on affordable housing program changes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience/training
• Experience with Section 8, Section 42, HOME, Rural Development, or Tax Credit programs
• Understanding of local, state, and federal housing regulations and property management
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Outlook
• Strong team orientation and motivation to excel in the role
