Compliance Automation Group Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading the product vision and multi-year strategy, the full-time Group Product Manager for Compliance Automation will manage AI/ML-powered systems that automate regulatory obligations, including sanctions screening and transaction monitoring, in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap for the Compliance Automation platform, focusing on compliance workflows and risk management
• Lead a team of PMs to prioritize and deliver automation capabilities that enhance compliance operations and reduce manual efforts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure automation systems meet regulatory requirements while optimizing operational costs

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, particularly in AI/ML-powered automation and compliance technology
• Experience leading complex cross-functional programs and managing teams of product managers
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks, including AML/BSA and transaction monitoring
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and drive executive-level alignment
• Experience partnering with ML engineers to translate technical capabilities into actionable product strategies
