Compliance Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consultant I, Compliance - Lending Validation (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality compliance services, including research, analysis, and training on compliance issues
• Perform complex compliance reviews and provide strategic direction for regulatory filings
• Proactively assess and monitor programs for compliance and identify risks to the business

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in insurance, business, or government regulations/compliance
• Demonstrated experience with Credit Insurance, Debt Protection, and Compliance
• Ability to perform technical research and analysis of laws and regulations
• Demonstrated organization and project management skills
