Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing compliance support to a specified group of investment advisory firms
• Review investment adviser regulatory documents and marketing materials
• Prepare and deliver high-quality client content for conferences and webinars

Required Qualifications

• Significant compliance experience with investment advisers, ideally as a consultant or chief compliance officer
• Knowledge of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and related regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce or other CRM
• Ability to engage in complex problem solving and analytical thinking
• Demonstrated effectiveness in a client service-oriented, collaborative environment
