Job Summary
A company is looking for a Compliance Consultant for the Records Management Program.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Records Management initiatives and partner with cross-functional teams to implement retention and lifecycle practices
- Independently manage complex projects, including File Plan development and retention automation efforts
- Advise business management on retention, defensible destruction, and regulatory considerations while developing training and guidance materials
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required; college degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 8-10 years of experience in building and leading enterprise record management programs
- Experience with records management in the life insurance industry is strongly preferred
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and support evolving business needs and regulatory requirements
- Experience using and implementing productivity tools, including data analytics and AI-driven solutions
