Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Consultant for the Records Management Program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Records Management initiatives and partner with cross-functional teams to implement retention and lifecycle practices
  • Independently manage complex projects, including File Plan development and retention automation efforts
  • Advise business management on retention, defensible destruction, and regulatory considerations while developing training and guidance materials
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; college degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 8-10 years of experience in building and leading enterprise record management programs
  • Experience with records management in the life insurance industry is strongly preferred
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and support evolving business needs and regulatory requirements
  • Experience using and implementing productivity tools, including data analytics and AI-driven solutions
