Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of Defined Benefit, Cash Balance, and related 401(k) plans, ensuring timely service delivery
Perform compliance reviews and non-discrimination testing for retirement plans
Coordinate with actuaries on plan valuations and funding requirements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree
3+ years of experience in retirement plan administration
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office suite
Experience with Defined Benefit and Cash Balance plans is appreciated
Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal oversight
