Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Content Specialist to support content procurement and ensure accurate data entry related to business licensing and compliance information.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor government and jurisdictional websites for compliance updates
• Retrieve and process business licensing and regulatory content
• Enter and maintain accurate data in internal knowledgebase systems

Qualifications

• Previous government or jurisdictional experience
• Ability to adapt to changing regulatory environments
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Adobe PDF
• Experience with research, compliance, or business licensing is a plus
