Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct monthly audits of payroll records to ensure compliance with federal labor regulations
  • Process background checks and verify employee certifications to meet contracting standards
  • Maintain compliance databases and generate reports on audit findings and risks
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of relevant compliance, audit, or regulatory experience
  • Strong understanding of Service Contract Act (SCA) and Davis Bacon Act requirements
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and database management
  • Experience conducting audits and maintaining documentation in regulated environments
