Job Summary
A company is looking for a Compliance Coordinator to ensure adherence to regulatory compliance standards and manage audits.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct monthly audits of payroll records to ensure compliance with federal labor regulations
- Process background checks and verify employee certifications to meet contracting standards
- Maintain compliance databases and generate reports on audit findings and risks
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of relevant compliance, audit, or regulatory experience
- Strong understanding of Service Contract Act (SCA) and Davis Bacon Act requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and database management
- Experience conducting audits and maintaining documentation in regulated environments
