Job Summary
A company is looking for a Compliance Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducts compliance audits and investigations across all affiliates
- Develops and implements training programs to ensure adherence to compliance standards
- Collaborates with management to address audit findings and improve compliance processes
Required Qualifications:
- AAS or BS in Health Information Management or Health Care Administration
- Minimum five years of healthcare experience, including three years in healthcare compliance
- Five years of progressive healthcare coding experience preferred
- Formal training in auditing preferred
- Relevant certifications such as RHIT, RHIA, CCS, or AAPC certification
