Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducts compliance audits and investigations across all affiliates
  • Develops and implements training programs to ensure adherence to compliance standards
  • Collaborates with management to address audit findings and improve compliance processes
Required Qualifications:
  • AAS or BS in Health Information Management or Health Care Administration
  • Minimum five years of healthcare experience, including three years in healthcare compliance
  • Five years of progressive healthcare coding experience preferred
  • Formal training in auditing preferred
  • Relevant certifications such as RHIT, RHIA, CCS, or AAPC certification
