Job Summary
Supporting the Compliance Office initiatives, the full-time remote Sr Coordinator-Compliance Office will assist with compliance activities, risk assessments, and audit requests while maintaining departmental documentation and communication with senior management.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with the Compliance Risk Assessment and Work Plan process, obtaining status updates and closing out action items
- Support third-party risk management initiatives and coordinate client and regulatory audit requests
- Maintain departmental logs, procedures, and files while preparing agendas and minutes for meetings as directed by senior management
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in English, History, Political Science, or equivalent required
- 1 year of experience in regulatory compliance or a legal department preferred
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel; knowledge of SharePoint preferred
- Paralegal or legal secretary/assistant certificate preferred
- Effective written communication skills
